July 2, 2020—Some people spend their whole lives hovering just above rock bottom. But what if you could use your worst days to fuel your best ones?

I haven’t been sleeping well lately because arthritis keeps waking me up in the middle of the night. I’m not an insomniac or anything, but getting subpar sleep for six months straight can really mess with your sanity.

I noticed my old demons (phone addiction, etc) creeping back in over the past few weeks, but didn’t have the mental energy to do anything.

It was kind of like being a super stoned radar operator.

I could see the blips coming toward me, but they didn’t register.

Yesterday, the train finally came off the rails. I spent so much time on social media, watching videos, and researching products on Amazon that by 11 pm, I found myself glued to the living room chair.

I was so braindead, I couldn’t even move.

Tip: Day of Debauchery

Some people spend their whole lives hovering just above rock bottom. Each day, their problems get worse but also normalized as their brains adapt—like frogs being boiled alive.
