#226: Get Out of Your Head and Into Nature For a Trail Fix

July 4, 2020 — I’ve been stuck in my head lately, but as an introvert, my head isn’t always my head. Sometimes the “head” I need to get out of is my room or the house or anywhere, really. It’s the “outing” that matters.

Sometimes your head is not your head. Sometimes your head is your room, and you need to “get out” into the kitchen.

Sometimes your house is your head, and you need to get out onto the trails.

Sometimes America is your head and you need to get out into Canada.

Sometimes the world is your head, and you need to…I dunno, take a heroic dose of psychedelics and blast off into the universe. Or something.

But for now, the trails will do. (:
