It’s funny, emotional viruses pose a much greater threat to us on a day-to-day basis, yet they go largely unnoticed. In fact, we’re attracted to them.

When we get stressed about politics, we watch more news…which is the emotional equivalent of walking up to someone with a cold and politely waiting for them to sneeze on you.

Not that it’s easy to avoid.

The internet is a perpetual car crash—it follows you wherever you look and sometimes the best thing to do is to close your eyes for a while!
